Day Three: Self and Health Improvement
I found that doing the “Side Crow Pose” is a great work out on my shoulder and abs. I woke up this morning wondering what happened to my neck!? Then as my breakfast was cooking and I was doing high low lunges in the kitchen that beautiful light bulb clicked on… Ya it is a work out for sure. 🙂 So instead of sitting here in pain I plan on doing the same routine over again. Lets keep the muscles flowing.
I had a question from one of my followers Jane. She asked what “Coffee and Yoga” were. That got me to thinking… Aside from it just meaning I have coffee with my yoga each morning…I should make it have some sort of meaning or relevance. So that is what I am going to do. My sessions of self-improvement will not be called “Coffee and Yoga” My two favorite things to start my day. 😀
I will write-up my routine, hopefully it will be understood, and post it as soon as I can. I think I will make a playlist for my morning sessions as well. Also posting the songs I have found that motivate and relax.
My Goal: Get energized, Feel youthful, be active mentally creating a positive productive flow of thoughts.
