Yesterday I decided to start a Health and Self Improvement regiment. This is something that I want and need to do.
Daily yoga, writing positive things about myself or surroundings, and blogging about my progress. It is purely for myself, if it happens to inspire someone along the way then that will be an added bonus.
Day One: January 10
My Goals: To eat better and only when it is meal time, Limiting snacks to veggies and not sweets.
~Think positive thoughts about myself and my confidence. Read my devotional
~Not only improve myself physically but mentally
~Do Yoga & Pilates at least once a day if not twice for 20 to 30 minutes
~Take care of my skin, and watch what I put into my body
~Don’t give up and skip Yoga. Be diligent each day.
~Work on my book and art more
~Enjoy what God has given me
~Smile more, laugh more, be calm
~Write done one good thing a day. blog if I want about my progress.
Day two: January 11
My Goal: Think positive about my body and mind
Positive phrase: You are beautiful on the inside and out. You are still young in spirit.
Coffee & Yoga, practice “Side Crow” pose, upgraded yoga to include more moves.
Blog. Eat a good breakfast. Enjoy my day.
